Primera Property Management is a real estate and property management company serving Southwest / South Side Chicago. Our lead manager Oscar has been a real estate broker in the Chicagoland area for 22 years and counting, 18 of which he spent managing a variety of residential and commercial rentals. Our exceptional service has fostered many long-term relationships with tenants, owners, and investors.

We strive to make life easier for owners and tenants by providing professional, friendly, and responsive service.

We manage single-family and multi-family homes and commercial units. Our portfolio includes condos, townhomes, standalone homes, apartments, condo associations, office buildings, retail spaces, and more. We help tenants find homes that meet their criteria and rebuild their credit if necessary.

We provide full-service property management tailored to the needs of each owner. Our services include, but aren’t limited to: marketing, leasing, maintenance, cost optimization, conflict resolution, and financial reporting.

We lease and manage properties throughout Chicago including the Midway Airport area, West Lawn, Clearing, Garfield Ridge, Cicero, Berwyn, Burbank, Oak Lawn, Bridgeview, and Bridgeport.
